Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders and define solution visions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end design and documentation of scalable Salesforce solutions using Customer 360 and multi-cloud strategies.
- Translate business requirements into sustainable solutions and facilitate discovery sessions, functional workshops, and product backlog prioritization.
- Provide hands-on Salesforce configuration and prototyping while ensuring implementation best practices and platform governance.
- Lead cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance and risk mitigation, and bridge business stakeholders with development teams.
- Mentor Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and consultants while promoting technical excellence.
- Lead solution estimations, technical proposals, pre-sales activities, and executive-level conversations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience delivering enterprise-level projects through the full lifecycle from planning to go-live, with repeated demonstrable success.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in complex digital transformation programs.
- Strong expertise with Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and other Salesforce Clouds.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, including declarative development and architecture best practices.
- Experience in consulting environments and leading customer-facing engagements.
- Ability to balance business and technical needs, make architectural decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and solve complex challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Advanced or fluent English is required; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
- Experience with Agentforce, AI-powered Salesforce capabilities, and AI tools for solutioning and delivery is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of manufacturing, automotive, energy, utilities, financial services, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, retail, consumer goods, public sector, nonprofit, or education.
