Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Ensure 24x7 availability, reliability, performance, capacity, and stability of the CCaaS platform and supporting services.
- Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, production-readiness reviews, and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, health checks, metrics, logs, and traces using observability tools.
- Lead critical-incident triage, impact assessment, communications, recovery, root-cause analysis, post-mortems, and preventive actions.
- Develop automation, self-healing capabilities, scripts, and automated remediation for operational checks, deployments, monitoring, reporting, and incident response.
- Support Amazon Connect, AWS services, APIs, middleware, routing, IVR, Lambda functions, reporting pipelines, and integrated third-party platforms.
- Manage platform configuration, certificates, service accounts, connectivity, disaster recovery, backups, restoration, failover testing, and capacity planning.
- Support release planning, deployment validation, production implementation, rollback planning, security controls, vulnerability remediation, and audits.
- Mentor development and operations teams and promote SRE practices, scalability, resiliency, and continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Typically 5–6 years of relevant experience.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Foundational proficiency in DevOps and cybersecurity and privacy concepts.
- Intermediate proficiency in ITIL, robotic process automation, cloud computing, configuration management, container orchestration, system design and implementation, and incident management.
- Advanced proficiency in alerting and log configuration with OpenSearch and CloudWatch or other APM tools, dashboarding, automation pipelines, and automated testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, relationship-management, learning-agility, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle non-routine situations, provide technical consulting, and make risk-informed decisions within applicable policies and regulations.
