Responsibilities
- Perform operational deployments, implementations, and maintenance for production systems.
- Implement and maintain performance monitoring, reporting, and operational alerting for Core Speech products.
- Perform capacity planning and respond to alerts during an off-hours site reliability support rotation.
- Drive improvements to system performance and architecture collaboratively and independently.
- Comply with corporate programs, policies, procedures, security standards, professional and quality standards, and Solventum’s values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of equivalent experience in operations support and/or application development, or a high school diploma/GED and 10+ years of equivalent experience.
- Ability to solve problems logically, methodically, and efficiently with strong attention to detail.
- Preferred experience with Python, Jython, shell, Java, Go, Git, GitHub, GitLab, SQL databases, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS DocumentDB, build systems, GoCD, Docker, containerd, Ansible, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, monitoring, log aggregation, and message streaming tools.
