Base Salary
$124k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform operational deployments, implementations, and maintenance for production systems.
- Implement and maintain performance monitoring, reporting, capacity planning, and operational alerting for Core Speech products.
- Participate in an off-hours site reliability support rotation and respond to alerts as needed.
- Collaborate with the team and work independently to improve system performance and architecture.
- Participate in corporate programs and initiatives while following professional, quality, security, ethical, and corporate standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of equivalent experience in operations support and/or application development, or a high school diploma/GED and 10+ years of equivalent experience.
- Ability to solve problems logically, methodically, and efficiently with strong attention to detail.
- Additional qualifications include experience with Python, Jython, Shell, Java, Go, Git, GitHub, GitLab, SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS DocumentDB, GoCD, Docker, containerd, Ansible, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, Grafana, Redis, Solr, Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Filebeat.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

- Remote work based in the United States with occasional travel to Core Speech Operations offices in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Expected travel is 5%–10%; relocation assistance may be authorized.
- New hires starting October 1, 2025 or later must travel to a designated company location for onsite onboarding, with arrangements and related expenses paid by the company.
