Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end buyer journey across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Lead migration from Webflow to a modern headless CMS, architecting a scalable frontend.
- Build modular systems for rapid deployment of campaigns and landing pages.
- Integrate AI agents and LLM APIs for dynamic content generation and personalized experiences.
- Own international website expansion across 20+ markets with localization workflows.
- Architect and implement event tracking and attribution frameworks.
- Ensure clean data flow between website, CRM, and marketing automation systems.
- Develop hypotheses and testing roadmaps to improve website performance.
- Maintain best-in-class mobile and desktop experiences and performance benchmarks.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in growth engineering, frontend engineering, or product-focused web development.
- Strong experience with React/Next.js or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- Hands-on experience leading headless CMS implementations or migrations.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating APIs and third-party systems into web platforms.
- Ability to translate marketing strategy into technical execution.
