Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable, and reusable solutions.
- Build automated workflows and business processes with Power Automate.
- Develop and configure Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, and security models.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise data sources.
- Develop custom components using JavaScript, C#, Power Platform plug-ins, PCF controls, and custom APIs.
- Implement role-based security and support application lifecycle management across development, test, and production environments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages sites, Dataverse solutions, and integrations.
- Perform unit and integration testing and support user acceptance testing and production deployments.
- Create technical documentation, present solution designs, and provide guidance to end users and junior staff.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Microsoft Power Platform applications.
- Hands-on experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions.
- Strong proficiency with Power Apps and Power Automate, plus experience with Power Pages, Dataverse, Power Platform tools, security, connectors, authentication, and integration patterns.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, JavaScript, C#, Power Platform plug-ins, PCF controls, and custom APIs.
- Experience with Power Platform ALM, solutions, environment variables, connection references, deployment processes, pipelines, and automated deployment practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development and the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and knowledge support to junior staff and stay current with Power Platform capabilities.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) certification.
- Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a position of Public Trust.
