Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Integrate EDI solutions into existing enterprise systems and troubleshoot complex data-exchange issues.
- Apply data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques within EDI frameworks.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, manage team performance, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project execution and delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Proficiency in EDI and experience integrating EDI solutions into enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to data exchange.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation within EDI frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver cohesive software products.
- 15 years of full-time education.
