Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Contribute to platform software development using Linux-based systems, RTOS, DSP integration, and middleware technologies.
- Represent software and audio technology interests in cross-functional meetings and support product delivery tracking.
- Identify and help resolve integration issues across software components and partner deliverables.
- Develop reusable, scalable software components for future product lines.
- Coordinate with systems, QA, and security teams to support comprehensive coverage and compliance.
- Maintain technical notes, integration matrices, and progress reports.
- Balance hands-on development with coordination responsibilities and act as a software manager delegate when needed.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Linux, RTOS, C, C++, and Python development.
- Understanding of product delivery lifecycles, including integration and validation.
- Experience with audio technologies such as DSP pipelines, latency-sensitive systems, or room correction algorithms.
- Ability to work across multiple software frameworks and contribute to integration efforts.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for representing technical interests across teams.
- Experience in system integration, OEM/ODM collaboration, or consumer electronics is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and balance development with coordination responsibilities.

- Hiring range for the primary Framingham, Massachusetts work location is $142,600-$196,000.
