Responsibilities
- Lead complex client engagements involving enterprise architecture strategy, ERP and data modernization, and transformation execution.
- Define technology roadmaps and target architectures in partnership with senior client stakeholders.
- Oversee workstreams covering SAP S/4HANA transformation, ERP modernization, data platform design, and cloud integration.
- Guide multidisciplinary teams, manage delivery quality, and support value realization across large-scale programs.
- Conduct architectural assessments and support implementation of hybrid, data-driven, and modular IT ecosystems.
- Help clients establish governance, capabilities, and architecture functions to sustain transformation.
- Lead proposals, manage client relationships, contribute thought leadership, and support business development.
- Build internal capabilities, mentor junior architects, and advance the firm's SAP and data transformation agenda.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or IT leadership.
- Experience defining and delivering architecture transformation programs involving SAP S/4HANA migration, ERP landscape rationalization, or data platform modernization.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate.
- Strong expertise in data and analytics architectures, integration patterns, and hybrid, multicloud, or sovereign cloud adoption strategies.
- Experience engaging C-level and IT leadership to shape strategic decisions and build business-technology alignment.
- Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams and large-scale transformation programs.
- Strategic and analytical ability to synthesize complex challenges and articulate clear architectural directions.
- Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented approach with active contribution to business development and practice growth.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or a degree in Business with a strong understanding of technology and digital transformation.
