Responsibilities
- Maintain stability and reliability across middle-office and operations applications.
- Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, communication, and problem management.
- Partner with regional teams on technical and functional initiatives.
- Automate manual support tasks and develop tools for deployment, management, and service visibility.
- Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems using AppD and OpenTelemetry.
- Support system architecture, schema design, and performance tuning with engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot issues across the full technology stack.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of programming experience with Python, Go, C/C++, or C#.
- Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, computing fundamentals, and software design.
- Experience with application design, maintenance, and support.
- Understanding of SRE principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments.
- Hands-on experience with scripting, databases, and troubleshooting application and data access issues.
- Familiarity with Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
- Experience configuring observability stacks including Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, and Loki.
- Exposure to Git, Jenkins, and Ansible.
- Strong ownership, commitment to quality, and communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
