Responsibilities

  • Design, write, test, implement, support, and document enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and lines of business to estimate effort, timing, feasibility, and system designs.
  • Review coding for a group of software engineers for alignment with business needs, change control procedures, and development standards.
  • Develop reusable components, frameworks, custom connectors, and automation patterns.
  • Support production environments, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Establish and enforce Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, security roles, DLP policies, and development standards.
  • Partner with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to meet enterprise and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with the Microsoft Power Platform roadmap and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least four years of experience independently identifying issues across interrelated programs and systems and developing solutions.
  • At least three years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
  • Experience with Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven apps, Power Automate Cloud and Desktop Flows, Dataverse, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform administration and governance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, software architecture, integration pattern, API, and secure development skills.
  • Preferred experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL Server, REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure Functions, and Azure services.
  • Preferred experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
  • Preferred Microsoft certifications include PL-400 Power Platform Developer, PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect, and PL-200 Functional Consultant.
  • Preferred experience with Agile teams, AI-assisted development tools, governance frameworks, enterprise Power Platform environments, and financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
