Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer decision-makers during transformation initiatives.
- Lead complex solution design, architecture discussions, and proof-of-concept activities across Microsoft cloud and productivity technologies.
- Develop strategic plans to scale successful solutions and customer wins, including partner collaboration.
- Capture competitive and market insights to influence product, engineering, and go-to-market strategies.
- Share technical best practices, present at internal or external events, and mentor peers and technical communities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
- Alternatively, 7+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 8+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience.
- Preferred: 6+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid or on-premises infrastructure, architecture design, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Preferred: relevant certifications such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, cloud platform technologies, information security, or architecture.
