Responsibilities
- Define and execute application modernization strategies aligned with business goals.
- Assess current environments and recommend transformation solutions using Microsoft Azure, AWS, and cloud-native technologies.
- Architect scalable, secure, and resilient applications across Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Develop solution blueprints, integration frameworks, and reference architectures.
- Guide development teams on architecture best practices and modernization approaches.
- Conduct architecture reviews, maintain architecture standards and documentation, and ensure enterprise governance.
- Mentor engineers and promote innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions while aligning architecture with security, compliance, and operational objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Application Architect, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services.
- Expertise in application modernization, cloud migration, and cloud-native architecture design.
- Experience with microservices, APIs, containers including Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift, and integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automation practices.
- Knowledge of security, scalability, performance optimization, and resilience design principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
- Ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Relevant Azure, AWS, or TOGAF certifications are preferred.
