Base Salary

$120k - $145k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, test, and support applications and analytics solutions for client-advisory workflows.
Make financial data more accessible and actionable across the firm.
Develop expertise in financial data elements and business workflows and make independent tooling and architecture decisions.
Design and maintain well-modeled datasets and analytics layers for self-service business analysis.
Own data quality, documentation, and reliability for analytics products and data pipelines.
Identify opportunities to apply emerging analytics and AI technologies to financial-services workflows.
Collaborate with client-facing business units and non-technical stakeholders across the application lifecycle.

5+ years of data science, analytics engineering, or data-heavy application development experience with a record of shipping production products.
Proficiency in one or more of Python, Julia, R, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with at least one public cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience with CI/CD practices and source-control tools such as GitHub or Azure DevOps.
Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses or analytical data platforms.
Familiarity with data modeling and transforming raw data into clean, structured analytical datasets.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred experience with Azure services, including Azure AI, Function Apps, or Azure OpenAI; Snowflake or Databricks; ServiceNow, Anaplan, or Workday; investment banking or financial services; LLM API integration; and AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.

Expected annualized base salary is $120,000–$145,000, with potential additional discretionary bonus and other rewards and benefits.
