Responsibilities
- Implement Astronomer’s software and services for large businesses.
- Guide complex customers in their Apache Airflow journeys.
- Act as the core interface between customers, sales, and product teams.
- Solve customer pain points and deliver value through technical solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Kubernetes (GKE/EKS/AKS or OpenShift preferred).
- Expertise in at least one programming language.
- Good understanding of network complexities and architectures.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience with complex SaaS infrastructure operating at scale.
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider API/tooling.
- Ability to read code and work effectively with git.
- Experience in cloud-native data architecture.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
