Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable C++ features across the core endpoint management product suite.
- Develop software that defines and enforces endpoint behavior across millions of managed endpoints.
- Enhance platform performance and support critical product functionality.
- Design or maintain production Windows kernel-mode drivers or services.
- Drive technical design by writing architecture documents and defining subsystem contracts.
- Collaborate with server, UI, software engineering, product design, and product management teams.
- Work on net-new systems with sparse documentation and undefined requirements.
- Commit code and ship production software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of C++ development experience, including proficiency with C++14 or newer.
- 5+ years of Windows systems-level C++ engineering experience.
- Strong familiarity with Windows kernel drivers.
- Experience designing or maintaining a Windows kernel-mode driver or service running on production endpoints.
- Ability to design systems from first principles and work with sparse documentation or undefined requirements.
- Preferred: WHQL driver certification experience.
- Preferred: driver development with minifilter or WFP.
- Preferred: macOS Apple Endpoint Security framework experience.
- Preferred: Linux eBPF or kernel module development experience.
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools in the development workflow.
