- Supervise and develop software engineers while building effective integrated teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients and develop long-term partnerships.
- Manage technical, administrative, contractual, financial, commercial, and people-related considerations.
Requirements
- Very deep understanding of software development principles and strong technical proficiency.
- Mastery of all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to drive high-level technical decisions and solve highly complex problems.
- Clear evidence of thought leadership in the market.
- Ability to supervise, educate, develop, and integrate effective software engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of contractual, financial, and technical considerations.
- Strong commercial management skills and a high degree of ownership for outcomes and people issues.
