
Site Reliability Engineer
OXIO CorporationResponsibilities
- Design and implement cloud platforms supporting OXIO backend services.
- Automate deployments, scaling, recovery, and other technical operations.
- Monitor and maintain mission-critical production infrastructure for maximum uptime.
- Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and blameless postmortems.
- Provide tools and operational enablement for Engineering, Telecom, and Data Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Understand Linux/Unix systems and internals, including process management, filesystems, memory management, and networking.
- Be proficient in at least one of Python, Go, or Ruby and have strong Bash or Perl scripting skills.
- Have experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for infrastructure provisioning.
- Be familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Understand alerts, log analysis, dashboards, observability, incident management, runbooks, and postmortems.
- Have experience with on-call rotations, incident handling, and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Have hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Understand VMware, KVM, cloud-native architecture, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Preferred qualifications include deployment strategies, high availability and failover, IAM and zero trust, distributed systems, databases, distributed tracing, advanced log aggregation, performance profiling, load testing, and SaltStack.
