Senior Architect Technical Consulting – Enterprise Security & AI-driven
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture roadmaps across Sales, Service, Data, and Security.
- Architect Data 360 foundations, including real-time ingestion, identity resolution, data harmonization, and zero-copy integrations.
- Design Agentforce/AIForce governance, trust layers, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and trust boundary controls.
- Design end-to-end enterprise security architectures covering identity and access management, encryption, Shield, Event Monitoring, and GDPR/data privacy.
- Define secure API integration patterns using authentication, OAuth, certificates, named credentials, and related Salesforce capabilities.
- Act as CTO/Program Architect, lead multiple architects, own technical escalations, and interface with design boards and steering committees.
- Partner with CTOs, CISOs, CIOs, enterprise architects, customers, partners, and Salesforce technical leaders.
- Guide implementation approaches, solution evaluation, issue management, executive engagement, and agile delivery planning.
- Mentor customers, partners, colleagues, and diverse technical teams.
- Support pre-sales activities and lead or contribute to strategic internal initiatives.
Requirements
- Professional business fluency in German and fluent English are required.
- Proven experience as a Principal/Program Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Architect in complex Salesforce ecosystems.
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Enterprise Security, data protection, governance, and security posture assessments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360, Agentforce/AIForce, trust-layer controls, and enterprise AI harnesses.
- Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, event-driven architectures, SSO/OAuth, APIs, API management, CI/CD, MCP, and A2A, with object-oriented coding experience.
- Experience designing multi-agent orchestration and operating autonomous agents safely at enterprise scale.
- Strong familiarity with the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework and its patterns.
- Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, collaboration, ownership, and mentoring skills.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications or willingness to obtain them; Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or advanced architectural credentials are preferred.
- Preferred experience with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, AI-assisted developer tooling, MuleSoft, Tableau/Analytics, Informatica, web services, data modeling, ESB/ETL, and enterprise application integration.
- Preferred experience with large transformation programs, Customer 360, Agentforce, multi-system integrators, Centers of Excellence, Scrum/Agile, and cross-functional virtual teams.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
