Base Salary
$224k - $279k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build test orchestration, data capture, and analysis software for new hardware introduction.
- Ship lab tooling for benchmark automation, configuration management, and results databases.
- Capture, normalize, and maintain qualification data so it is comparable and queryable across platforms and time.
- Automate the transition from lab qualification to fleet deployment using golden configurations and validation suites.
- Work directly with engineers who use the tools and iterate based on their needs.
Requirements
- Experience building test automation or lab software for hardware programs.
- Experience converting manual engineering workflows into automated pipelines.
- Ability to work with telemetry, logs, and measurements at volume.
- Production-quality programming skills in Python or Go.
- Ability to work quickly with AI tooling and collaborate directly with engineering users.
- Bonus experience with hardware test harnesses, Grafana and time-series data, BMC and Redfish APIs, or CI for hardware.
