Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and support full-stack software applications.
- Provide product delivery and product lifecycle support under the direction of product and solution owners.
- Analyze business needs and define sustainable, supportable engineered solutions with product owners and business SMEs.
- Create and modify product portfolio components while coordinating the technical resources needed for solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with ARC architecture, design, and development standards.
- Discover functional requirements and translate them into technical requirements and solution definitions.
- Stay current with development tools, technology patterns, and methodologies, and communicate results and ideas to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, with equivalent experience considered.
- At least two years of application programming experience or internship experience across front-end interfaces, server-side applications, and database queries.
- Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and continuous integration and delivery.
- Preferred experience or strong understanding of AWS services, microservices, containerized architectures, and open-source technologies including Node.js, Python, Java, and React.
- Working knowledge of integrating AI and LLM APIs into production applications, including RAG, vector databases, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with AI coding tools such as GitLab Duo, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor IDE is expected or advantageous.
- Exposure to Git, GitLab, Terraform, and Jira is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate through architectural development processes, define requirements, work with stakeholders, and communicate effectively across management levels.
