Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to identify, shape, and qualify opportunities involving AI-driven security and secure AI systems.
- Architect AI-powered security solutions covering threat detection, SIEM/SOAR modernisation, anomaly detection, automated incident response, and predictive risk modelling.
- Define security architectures for AI pipelines, data platforms, model registries, and inference environments.
- Advise on AI-enabled identity and access management, including access governance, privileged access, anomalous behaviour detection, ITDR, and machine-identity governance.
- Assess and mitigate AI-specific risks such as adversarial attacks, data poisoning, model theft, and supply chain vulnerabilities.
- Advise clients on AI governance frameworks and controls.
- Develop proposals, architectures, business cases, bids, and thought leadership for client pursuits and practice-building.
- Build relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Deep security architecture experience spanning areas such as security operations, cyber defence, and AI or cloud platform environments.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in security, including threat detection, behavioural analytics, anomaly detection, and predictive risk modelling.
- Experience securing AI systems, including AI pipelines, MLOps practices, data platforms, model registries, and inference endpoints.
- Experience with AI-specific threats and controls, including adversarial robustness, data integrity, model theft, and supply chain security.
- Strong Identity and Access Management knowledge, including PAM, IGA, ITDR, and machine or non-human identity governance.
- Familiarity with SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel and Splunk, along with SOAR tooling.
- Awareness of the NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and EU AI Act.
- Commercial acumen and experience supporting bids, proposals, or client-facing opportunity development.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with confidence engaging senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, SABSA, TOGAF, cloud security, or AI/ML security are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to client sites throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis and ability to satisfy BPSS and SC clearance requirements, including five years of continuous UK address history.
