Responsibilities
- Rapidly develop applications using the existing enterprise platform.
- Design and build scalable, secure, high-performance software, primarily backend services.
- Drive new feature development, improvements, and architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, QA, security teams, front-end engineers, and DevOps to deliver customer value.
- Contribute across multiple layers of the technology stack, with emphasis on backend development and DevOps.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Java development experience, preferably in an enterprise cloud software company.
- Strong ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience with Spring, PostgreSQL, Maven, Git, Mockito, Tomcat, Linux, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational databases and expert-level SQL skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
