Responsibilities

Act as the Ivalua Source-to-Pay subject matter expert and advise on platform capabilities, architecture, best practices, and solution design.
Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and maintainable Ivalua solutions.
Configure Ivalua modules including Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, requisitions, purchase orders, and invoicing.
Configure workflows, forms, business rules, data models, and integrations, and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
Support release planning, deployment readiness, go-live activities, design reviews, defect management, release assessments, and post-production stabilization.
Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure teams, and external vendors throughout delivery.
Mentor and train team members, support onboarding, maintain technical and functional documentation, and improve delivery processes.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
At least five years of hands-on Ivalua Source-to-Pay implementation experience.
Five to ten years of experience in ERP, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise systems implementation.
Ivalua L3 Certification in SRM, S2C, P2P, or Integration, plus Ivalua Project Release Manager Certification or Badge.
Strong experience with Ivalua functional and technical configuration, APIs, EAI, ETL integrations, advanced SQL, and release management.
Ivalua L3 SQL Certification is preferred.
Experience with software or product releases, DevOps, Scrum, Agile methodologies, AI and Machine Learning technologies, data analytics and reporting tools, Oracle databases, multi-tier architectures, and UI/UX best practices is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, client-facing, written and verbal English communication, problem-solving, analytical, independent working, mentoring, and coaching skills.

Remote work with international exposure and global client projects.
Minimum one-year project-based engagement, subject to extension.
Work schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Manila time, aligned with the client's business calendar and holidays.
