Base Salary
$110k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer business and engineering teams to gather integration requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
- Move data cleanly between customer systems and Coverbase by building and managing APIs and webhooks.
- Monitor integration performance, identify issues, and resolve failures or performance bottlenecks.
- Create and maintain technical documentation covering integration designs, data flows, and operational procedures.
- Contribute to code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing as the company grows.
Requirements
- Strong people-oriented approach to understanding customer needs and solving problems.
- Meticulous and organized approach to customer onboarding, action items, and priorities.
- Foundational software engineering skills, including navigating a development environment, working with SQL and Git, conducting code reviews, and debugging.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, early-stage startup environment.
- Formal education and prior domain knowledge are not strictly required.
