Base Salary
$110k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to gather integration requirements and align with business objectives.
- Manage data transfer between customer systems and Coverbase, including building APIs and webhooks.
- Proactively monitor integration performance and resolve issues or bottlenecks.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integration designs and procedures.
- Foster a constructive environment for code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Enjoy understanding user needs and helping customers solve problems.
- Stay organized and manage action items to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Possess foundational software engineering skills, including SQL and git proficiency.
- Thrive in a dynamic, early-stage startup environment.
