Base Salary
$120k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive architecture and design decisions for complex GenAI solutions, agentic systems, knowledge platforms, and data products.
- Lead implementation of shared frameworks, reusable components, and engineering accelerators across delivery pods.
- Serve as the primary technical authority for an area of ownership and ensure consistent engineering patterns and quality.
- Partner with business and infrastructure stakeholders on solution approaches and delivery roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for observability, security, evaluation, governance, and operational readiness.
- Mentor engineers and review designs, code, and production readiness across teams.
- Perform hands-on architecture, prototyping, troubleshooting, and delivery of AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 10–14 years of software, data, or AI engineering experience using Python or Java.
- Extensive experience building and scaling production AI systems.
- Deep expertise in at least one of agentic AI, RAG architectures, semantic technologies, platform engineering, or data engineering.
- Practical experience building and operationalizing agentic applications, MCP/A2A interoperability solutions, and automated quality assurance and validation processes.
- Proven technical leadership experience without requiring direct people management.
- Ability to influence executives, architects, and engineering teams.
