Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as the named technical partner for financial services customers.
- Deepen platform adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with key technical stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor for scaling AI workloads in production.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Specialist Field Engineers.
- Represent customer feedback and address technical blockers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a solutions engineer or technical field engineering role.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning models and LLM architectures.
- Experience with financial services customers and their unique requirements.
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
