Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 CE plugins, workflows, custom APIs, service endpoints, and business logic.
- Build and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Translate functional designs into technical specifications with solution architects and functional consultants.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, data migration, code reviews, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Maintain technical documentation and recommend improvements across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform.
- Experience developing Dynamics 365 Custom APIs, custom service endpoints, plugins, and custom workflow activities.
- Strong knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CE SDK, Dataverse data and security models, solution architecture, security roles, business units, and access management.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure integration services.
- Strong C#, .NET, and JavaScript development skills.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and ALM for Dynamics 365.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
- Experience with D365 Customer Service, D365 Sales Hub, Power Apps Component Framework, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI Services, or Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, MB-230, or MB-210 is preferred.
