Responsibilities

Design feature-centric tests and incorporate them into test plans and strategies.
Analyze integrated systems to identify and channel issues for the application under test.
Create BDD features and scenarios from PRDs, epics, and user stories.
Write optimized, industry-standard TypeScript automation code.
Perform UI and REST API test automation using an applicable test framework and automation framework.
Use GitHub, code reviews, pull requests, and branching workflows.
Mentor junior team members and contribute effectively to a global team.],
requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field.
3–5 years of software testing experience for SaaS products.
4–6 years of test automation experience covering UI and API automation with JavaScript or TypeScript.
Experience with BDD, Node.js, UI testing, and REST API testing.
Exposure to at least one test framework: Jest, Mocha, Protractor, Jasmine, or Cucumber.
Knowledge of at least one automation framework: Playwright or Puppeteer.
Understanding of test framework design, separation of concerns, GitHub workflows, code review, pull requests, and branching.
Mentoring experience with junior team members.

Hybrid work arrangement based at the Bangalore office, with office attendance expected Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and flexibility to work from home Mondays and Fridays.
