Backend Engineer, AML Framework Development (Search, Ads, and Recommendation Direction)

- Architect and implement high-performance, highly available, scalable model inference services for large and complex AI models.
- Develop and optimize inference framework capabilities such as inference-engine scheduling, monitoring and alerting, and canary releases.
- Resolve performance, resource, and stability bottlenecks in high-concurrency and large-model inference scenarios.
- Research current inference technologies, select and innovate on technical solutions, and promote upgrades and standardization of the team’s technical system.
- Build expertise in distributed, high-concurrency service architectures and support efficient model launches across business scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Solid C/C++ programming skills, proficiency in Python, and knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with Linux commands and multithreaded concurrency, including thread usage, synchronization locks, and thread pools.
- Ability to identify common concurrency issues and perform basic performance tuning in multithreaded scenarios.
- Experience developing high-concurrency distributed services and optimizing service latency and resource usage.
- Preferred experience with and understanding of source code in Redis, RocksDB, BRPC, or gRPC high-concurrency services or frameworks.
- Preferred understanding of GPU operating mechanisms and experience optimizing GPU service resource management and control.
