Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead teams evaluating emerging technologies through prototypes and proofs of concept.
- Analyze and communicate the benefits and risks of implementing new technologies.
- Develop and operate applications while performing security engineering in cloud environments.
- Lead enterprise-wide adoption of new technologies.
- Provide technical leadership by supervising and mentoring junior IT specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience deploying production enterprise applications in AWS.
- At least 2 years of experience deploying production enterprise applications with an AI/ML component.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with machine learning services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Hugging Face, or Weights & Biases.
- Data manipulation and analysis skills using pandas.
- Experience presenting and defending test or experiment results using matplotlib.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- People management experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, presentation, and client-facing skills.
