Responsibilities
- Implement and test customer-specific scenarios, use cases, architectures, and new feature designs across F5 AI, BIG-IP, NGINX, and Distributed Cloud products.
- Create automated tests and infrastructure covering AI security, application delivery, security, and automation scenarios.
- Develop automated test systems that replicate real-world scenarios and integrate with continuous integration environments.
- Create and publish technical content and customer and internal sales demos.
- Participate in code reviews, submit scripts, incorporate feedback, and review teammates' automation.
- Analyze test results, report product issues, and assist with issue resolution.
- Communicate status, action plans, and issue resolutions while delivering work on committed schedules.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software testing and/or development, preferably in a Linux environment.
- Strong Python programming skills for automation, tooling, validation, and security research.
- Strong networking experience and working knowledge of HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and L2/L3 network protocol testing.
- Knowledge of security, networking, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of at least one cloud technology among AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Knowledge of OWASP API Security and LLMs is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub or other source control management tools is preferred.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams is preferred.
- BA/BS degree in a computer or engineering-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
