Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI tooling, AI agents, and MCP server components for intelligent test generation, failure analysis, and defect insights.
- Build and maintain UI and API automation frameworks from scratch using Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, and RestAssured.
- Integrate automation frameworks and AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines.
- Write maintainable code in Java and/or Python and participate in unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and SRE teams to embed quality-by-design practices.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree.
- Three to seven years of software engineering experience with an emphasis on test automation or test platform development.
- Experience developing AI or GenAI-based solutions, AI agents, or internal engineering platforms.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing tests based on business scenarios.
- Strong experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, and RestAssured.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control, DevOps practices, cloud-native systems, and microservices-based systems.
- Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
- An advanced degree with more than two years of work experience may qualify under the preferred qualifications.
