Base Salary
$175k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain GTM data and automation infrastructure across marketing, sales, customer success, and operations.
- Build and maintain integrations across Attio, Customer.io, Clay, and other GTM systems.
- Develop dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and self-serve reporting for pipeline, conversion, attribution, and revenue performance.
- Own GTM data quality, documentation, governance, and accessibility.
- Build and deploy AI agents and production-grade automations for lead research, enrichment, routing, campaigns, outbound personalization, and customer intelligence.
- Prototype, measure, and scale AI-powered workflows and automate repetitive processes across the customer lifecycle.
- Build reliable and observable data pipelines and improve TAM mapping, attribution, lead routing, and customer engagement coordination.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience spanning data engineering, analytics engineering, data science, growth engineering, revenue operations, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience building data pipelines, integrating APIs, and designing reliable workflows across business systems.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market operations across marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Experience with modern data warehouses, orchestration tools, and BI platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Looker, or Hex.
- Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and balance rapid delivery with long-term scalability.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
