Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications using Java and GCP.
- Analyze and modernize legacy applications, including Oracle Stored Procedures and Informatica workflows.
- Design and develop scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies.
- Build and optimize SQL queries, data pipelines, and cloud-based data solutions.
- Develop and maintain GCP-based applications utilizing various GCP services.
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure, including GCP projects and IAM.
- Build Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform or Pulumi.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Maven.
- Configure secure connectivity across enterprise environments.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to engineering teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with Java-based enterprise applications.
- Strong SQL skills, including performance tuning and complex query development.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, and PySpark.
- Experience with GCP services including BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Run.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and enterprise Java frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Maven.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or Pulumi.
- Experience configuring GCP infrastructure, IAM, networking, and security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
