Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build enterprise capabilities that allow organizations to securely adopt, administer, and scale CustomerLake products.
- Design and develop permissions, roles, authorization, access-control, auditability, and governance systems.
- Build pricing, entitlement, usage, and product controls for managing consumption across teams and users.
- Design scalable backend services, APIs, and data models supporting administrative and management experiences.
- Translate complex Data, IT, Security, and Platform administrator requirements into simple, reliable product experiences.
- Own projects from architecture and technical design through implementation, launch, and iteration.
- Partner with product management, design, security, infrastructure, and engineering teams on enterprise product strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
- Deep backend engineering experience with the ability to work across the full stack and own features end to end.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS products or working on enterprise-focused engineering teams.
- Experience with permissions and access controls, authorization systems, audit logs, entitlements, pricing or usage controls, governance, security, or administrative tooling.
- Experience integrating organization-wide permissions, audit logging frameworks, and entitlement systems for enterprise IT and Security administrators.
- Experience designing scalable backend services, APIs, data models, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of the needs of administrators operating software across large organizations.
- Product mindset and ability to turn complex enterprise requirements into intuitive, pragmatic solutions.
- Strong server-side technology experience with Java, Python, Scala, Go, Node.js, C++, or similar.
- Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort driving projects through ambiguity and technical trade-offs.
