Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and own the architecture strategy for AI-powered GTM systems using low-code automation and custom agentic AI builds.
- Create reference architectures, design patterns, governance models, and decision frameworks for GTM engineering.
- Design complex multi-system integrations, agentic workflows, real-time event processing, and cross-platform data orchestration.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools, frameworks, and platforms while managing technical risk and debt.
- Establish standards for LLM orchestration, prompt safety, RAG, model context management, tool calling, multi-agent coordination, and responsible AI.
- Own integration architecture covering APIs, event contracts, data models, and system interoperability.
- Partner with VP-level stakeholders to convert business goals into architectural roadmaps, trade-offs, and success criteria.
- Conduct architecture reviews, identify systemic risks, mentor engineers, and publish technical documentation and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production-grade backend systems.
- At least 3 years of Technical Lead experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents used by real end users.
- Proficiency with LLM orchestration and agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience designing and implementing RAG systems, including vector databases, retrieval strategies, chunking, and embedding pipelines.
- Strong backend engineering skills with Python and/or Node.js, FastAPI or equivalent, and asynchronous or event-driven architecture.
- AWS experience with services such as Bedrock, Lambda, SQS, SNS, or EventBridge.
- Strong communication skills and experience translating business stakeholder needs into technical solutions.
- Preferred experience with LLM evaluation and observability tooling, LangFuse, FastMCP, LiteLLM, MCP, Salesforce data, GTM or RevOps workflows, and full-stack development.
- Preferred familiarity with prompt engineering, model tuning, and differences among providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic/Claude.
- Experience mentoring engineers or contributing to hiring is preferred.

- Annual base salary range is $131,197.50–$176,400 USD, with eligibility for RSUs, performance-based bonus or variable pay, and equity programs.
