Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software features and components for core advertising platforms and services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using languages such as Java, Scala, Go, or Python.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and design sessions to develop robust and scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in development and production environments to maintain system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and software engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications and integrated solutions.
- Contribute to improvements in development processes, tools, and engineering standards.
- Learn and apply technologies and concepts relevant to AdTech and distributed systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of software development experience focused on scalable and maintainable applications.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Java, Scala, Go, or Python.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git and software development lifecycle practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Preferred experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, big data technologies, AdTech, MarTech, e-commerce, or open-source contributions.
