Responsibilities
- Design and develop core systems for EA SPORTS FC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations to integrate and deliver features.
- Drive technical innovation and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Translate creative concepts into reliable software solutions with designers and producers.
- Debug complex issues, participate in code reviews, and contribute to code quality.
- Communicate progress with technical leadership, production, and the wider team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in game development.
- Strong professional-level C++ software development experience.
- Experience debugging complex bugs through multiple techniques.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Ability to understand unfamiliar code quickly and modify it effectively.
- Experience communicating and collaborating across multiple disciplines.
- Experience building software for multiple platforms is an asset.

- British Columbia compensation range of $122,300-$170,700 CAD.
