Responsibilities
- Build and ship product features to production daily.
- Own entire product areas from concept through deployment.
- Develop agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Iterate rapidly based on customer feedback and product needs.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and other founding engineers.
- Balance fast experimentation with scalability and code quality.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools.
- Experience with LLM APIs is a bonus.
- Ability to take full ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
- Startup mindset with high agency, resourcefulness, and a focus on creating value.
- Willingness to work hard in a fast-paced founding-team environment.
