Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver scalable, maintainable, performant, and secure full-stack software solutions.
- Build responsive enterprise web applications and reusable UI components with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, LESS, and Bootstrap.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js, Core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
- Work with Oracle or MySQL relational databases and implement effective unit and frontend testing practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, stakeholders, and distributed teams to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, promote engineering quality and knowledge sharing, and contribute to technology communities.
- Mentor team members or lead collaborative assignments, while identifying cross-functional approaches to complex problems.
- Manage risk, strengthen controls, and contribute to policy, governance, infrastructure, and deployment pipeline improvements.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience developing scalable, responsive enterprise applications with React.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, LESS, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with reusable UI components, state management, component-based architectures, frontend design patterns, and object-oriented concepts.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and frontend testing frameworks such as Jest.
- Working knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot applications.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL.
- Familiarity with Git, collaborative development practices, and Agile/Scrum environments using Jira.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.
- Ability to address risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and role-specific technical skills.
