Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise-grade Microsoft 365, SharePoint, collaboration, content, and modern workplace solutions.
- Produce solution and infrastructure deliverables, including coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Capture user requirements and translate solution architectures into detailed design specifications.
- Design integrated solutions across multiple systems using secure APIs and integration patterns.
- Maintain and enhance systems by resolving complex errors, raising risks, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Define and promote technical standards, patterns, governance, operations, development practices, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor emerging technologies and identify opportunities for modernization and service growth.
- Work as a solution architect and trusted advisor with stakeholders and globally distributed teams.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture and development.
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint on-premises and online, including modernization and extension beyond platform constraints.
- Hands-on expertise with SharePoint Framework, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams app development, .NET, C#, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong front-end development skills using TypeScript, React, Angular, and Fluent UI.
- Experience with PowerShell and PnP for automation, provisioning, and enterprise governance.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Power Platform, Dataverse, REST and SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of cloud-native and modern application architectures, modern workplace concepts, and integrated enterprise solutions.
- Ability to define standards, patterns, and best practices and manage multiple projects independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, stakeholder-management, and collaboration skills.
- Desirable experience includes Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Syntex, AI Builder, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and PowerApps Component Framework controls.
