Base Salary

$68k - $113k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build, operate, and improve the platforms, products, services, and models that support LSEG and its clients.
  • Develop and improve software, infrastructure, and systems across the full software and infrastructure lifecycle.
  • Identify and reduce risks to performance and availability, develop preventative tools, and support rapid recovery from failures.
  • Participate in group projects aligned with LSEG goals and complete the programme’s engineering development activities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams and contribute to continuous improvement in a product-led, data-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Be a final-year undergraduate or master’s student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, completing all course requirements before August 2027, or be a fresh graduate from the class of 2026.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in technology through academic studies, extracurricular activities, internships, work experience, coding, technology use, or personal projects.
  • Demonstrate an interest in financial markets through studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities.
  • Show curiosity about data and the ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, and propose solutions.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, focus, resilience, adaptability, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Candidates from mathematics, informatics, physics, electronic engineering, and other engineering disciplines may apply if they can demonstrate an interest in technology.
  • Have the right to work in the US without restrictions for the duration of the graduate programme.
