Responsibilities
- Strategically shape partner engagement and scaling.
- Lead and advise end-to-end engagements with major partners.
- Provide expert advice on Celonis best practices and project methodologies.
- Assist partners in identifying and developing high-value use cases.
- Deliver comprehensive technical and product consulting to partners.
- Utilize generative AI tools to accelerate development and analysis.
- Design AI solutions by integrating with modern data and AI platforms.
- Drive the adoption of the latest Celonis features among partners.
- Act as a primary advisory contact for partners.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and services teams to support partner success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT Services, Management Consulting, or similar areas.
- Strong critical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with an interest in Big Data and Process Mining.
- In-depth understanding of business processes like supply chain and financial services.
- Client-facing Project Management experience is essential.
- Strong foundation in SQL and proficiency in programming languages like Python.
- Experience with modern AI tools and hyperscaler/data ecosystems is preferred.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and outcome-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
