Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical implementation and support customer adoption from kick-off through go-live.
- Monitor and analyze customer adoption of solution features to improve value realized.
- Provide assurance and oversight regarding SaaS implementations and underlying architectures.
- Triage, prioritize, and drive resolution for escalated technical issues.
- Proactively identify and communicate project risks, including delivery timelines and scope changes.
- Document processes and workflows for future use and adoption.
- Work closely with UI/UX design, marketing, product management, and engineering.
- Advocate for customers by representing their issues to Product Management and Software Engineering.
Requirements
- BA/BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with HTTP, SSO, SSL certificates, networking, and API integrations.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
- Familiarity with Jira/Atlassian Suite and other systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Effective customer-facing relationship building skills.
- Previous end-to-end implementation experience on a SaaS platform.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
