Responsibilities
- Design, code, maintain, test, deploy, monitor, and refactor scalable automation solutions for Managed Services operations.
- Build Playwright-based UI automation, REST API validation suites, release validation, regression testing, smoke testing, and end-to-end validation.
- Develop integrations across ServiceNow, SharePoint, ERP systems, cloud services, and monitoring tools.
- Implement structured logging, automated evidence capture, operational health checks, event correlation, anomaly detection, dashboards, and alert intelligence.
- Build AI-enabled capabilities for incident analysis, service-request intelligence, repetitive task identification, knowledge discovery, intelligent workflows, and automated remediation.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and own the engineering codebase end to end.
- Set engineering standards for reusable, maintainable, scalable automation across enterprise customer environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 5+ years building automation frameworks, developer tools, test infrastructure, or enterprise application automation.
- Strong programming experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or Python, with the ability to produce clean, maintainable, testable, production-quality code.
- Experience building maintainable UI automation frameworks with Playwright or comparable tools such as Selenium, Cypress, WebdriverIO, or Puppeteer.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture, browser debugging, observability, logging, and automated evidence capture.
- Experience designing and developing enterprise integrations across REST APIs, ServiceNow, SharePoint, ERP systems, cloud services, and monitoring tools.
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot for coding, debugging, and test generation, including validation of AI-generated output.
- Preferred experience with reusable automation components, test utilities, cross-browser testing, API automation, failure analysis, and root-cause review.
- Preferred experience with enterprise RPA solutions such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or Infor RPA.
- Preferred experience processing CSV, Excel, JSON, XML, Parquet, and file-based enterprise workflows.
- Preferred exposure to Anthropic Claude API, MCP, Azure OpenAI, or OpenAI API.
- Preferred experience with ERP application health checks, operational validation, Managed Services, production support, enterprise application reliability, and Solution Monitoring capabilities.
