Responsibilities
- Deliver infrastructure, tooling, and ML framework capabilities aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
- Drive coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance across the full software development lifecycle.
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
- Conduct system design reviews and validate feasibility against architectural best practices.
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components for automation and intelligent features.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define technical requirements and optimize development processes using data-driven practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and four years of software engineering or related experience, or six years of software engineering or related experience.
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation.
- Strong experience with software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in system design reviews, API design, software prototyping, and design patterns for secure, maintainable, modular solutions.
- Ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and influence architectural decisions.
- Experience using metrics to optimize engineering processes and product outcomes.
- Preferred qualifications include a related master’s degree with two years of relevant experience and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
