Responsibilities
- Design and deliver performant, reliable, production-grade AI agents.
- Own the agent development lifecycle from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
- Work directly with enterprise and startup customers to understand challenges and build scalable solutions.
- Develop agent frameworks, self-service capabilities, agent architectures, and voice-model integrations.
- Surface customer needs, prototype platform tools, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams.
- Participate in design partnerships and help establish agent development lifecycle best practices.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- Builder and tinkerer mindset with high agency and ability to ship creative solutions.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
- Preferred familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- React, TypeScript, and/or Go experience is preferred.
- Experience founding a company or serving as a founding engineer is preferred.
- Prior customer-facing or external technical project leadership experience is preferred.
