Responsibilities
- Run customer onboarding from project kick-off through live deployment.
- Understand customer needs, configure the product, identify patterns, and translate them into production-ready code.
- Build integrations, execute data migrations, and develop custom configurations for landlords.
- Debug API integrations and resolve technical issues for customers.
- Lead discovery sessions, explain features to stakeholders, and build customer confidence and trust.
- Collaborate with product leaders and a small product team to determine effective solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience shipping software products as part of a team.
- Ability to work in multi-tenanted environments with differing technology stacks and deliver maintainable software.
- Experience or commitment to Agile practices, CI/CD, and TDD.
- Comfort using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Copilot in the development workflow.
- Strong communication skills for working with both senior customer stakeholders and operational users.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.
- Interest in using technical skills to improve outcomes for social-housing tenants.
