Forward Deployed Engineer

- Own a portfolio of one to two strategic customer accounts and define success criteria tied to adoption, workflow throughput, and measurable ROI.
- Advise C-level and technical stakeholders on AI-driven operational transformation and architect end-to-end production solutions.
- Build and ship monday AI agents, vibe apps, MCP integrations, platform configurations, and custom scripts.
- Lead engagements from discovery and architecture through production rollout and measurable adoption.
- Instrument deployments, run evaluations against customer workflows, and convert findings into product requirements and roadmap input.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on account strategy and turn delivery patterns into reusable agents, assets, and playbooks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building applications from scratch with TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with full-stack depth.
- Experience leading hands-on projects end-to-end in production, preferably in client-facing settings.
- Background in Solution Architecture or Software Engineering and strong knowledge of AI/LLM systems, agent architectures, MCP or comparable tool-use protocols, evaluations, and prompt-to-production workflows.
- Experience navigating C-suite relationships and influencing executive decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Track record of converting one-off delivery work into reusable assets, product requirements, or repeatable playbooks.
- Entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and focused on long-term impact over immediate fixes.
